The third example is repairing the exterior of your home. This can be something that is easily done. For example you might just need to put on a new coat of paint on the exterior or add something such as shutters. Simple things like this might end up adding a lot to the curb appeal of your home without having to do a lot of work.
The fourth example is remodeling your exterior. There are a lot of different ways that you can remodel from taking away old siding and adding stucco or replacing old brick with rock or even changing your roof line. These are all things that can help add character to your home but may also cost you a lot to do. If you are considering remodeling this way you will want to make sure that you know what the cost is going to be so that you can decide if it is worth it or not. You will want to take into consideration if it will help the value of your home if you are going to sell it or not.
The fifth example is repairing things like the roof. This is something that needs to be done every so often and will costs you some but not anything that is too expensive. You will also want to take into consideration when doing a project like this if you are going to hire some one else to do it or if this is something that you are going to tackle yourself.
